To New Beginnings..
Remember Kelsey Elizabeth Photography? Well that’s dead and gone.
My first camera was a Nikon d3300. My parents bought it for my high school graduation present. A small starter body with a kit lens that didn’t leave my hands for two years. That camera started everything for me. Thanks, mom and dad.
KEP was formed in 2015. What an incredible six years it has been. Multiple upgrades, hundreds of hours of education, thousands of clients, and so much growth. That’s why we’re here now.
Life is growth and growth needs change. I don’t do change..transitions are really hard for me. That’s why this one has been almost two years in the making. 2020 was a rough year for businesses and really got me thinking about where things were at and where I wanted them to go. I knew things needed a change. Throughout 2021 I found that what needed to change was almost everything. A whole facelift.
This is the ‘grown up’ version of my creative self.
After I figured out where I wanted to take my business and the new things I wanted to offer, I needed a name. Southwestern but still business-y, you know? Juniper Hill is the street my grandmother lived on throughout my childhood. It fits the vibe for sure.
Why ‘media’ and not ‘photography’? Because it’s not just photography anymore. Of course, photography is the main gig. But we will now be offering so much more! Short form video content, social media marketing, business consultation, and mentoring. Within each of these services, lies way more than ever before. I won’t bore y’all with each specific detail right now. We’ll get into it all as we go on down this road together.
Thank You
Since I started KEP six years ago, I’ve been constantly overwhelmed with love and support. I can’t thank you all enough for sticking by me and cheering me on this entire time. You each have no idea how much you mean to me. This is just the beginning of something incredible and I’m so happy you all are on this journey with me.
